Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided . By booking a service, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Booking Fee & Payment Schedule

  • A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of reservation.

  • The remaining 70% is due upon service completion.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time:

    • The 30% booking fee is forfeited, and no refund is provided.

3. No-Shows

  • A missed appointment without any prior notice is considered a no-show.

  • In such cases, the 30% booking fee is retained, and a new booking is required for future services.

4. Refunds (When PPPS Cancels)

  • If PPPS cancels a service for reasons not caused by the client:

    • A 100% full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

  • In cases of partially delivered services, a partial refund may be considered at PPPS’s discretion, excluding the booking fee.

5. Chargebacks

  • Clients agree to communicate directly with PPPS to resolve any service-related disputes.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting PPPS may result in the client losing protection and support.

  • PPPS will dispute any unjustified chargebacks using:

    • Signed agreements,

    • Appointment logs,

    • Delivery confirmations,

    • PDF documentation.

  • If a chargeback is resolved in PPPS’s favor, any associated processor fees (e.g., $15 from Stripe) are the client’s responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

PPPS is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your agreement to the changes.
